My left ankle is swollen and sore. Given the hardware holding it together, I'm going to take heed. Really wanted a beach run, though.

FC East: Hopewell Road to Lenape up Chestnut Hill, over to Raccoon, down to HW Rd. Running from the bugs at the start and finish.

Breaking in the new shoes. First time with spikes. Not sure I like them in the rocky areas. Also got a new thumb compass that's much easier to use while on the move.

Glasses are an ongoing issue. Not sure how to handle sweat/rain except to go back to contacts.
