Luumäki, Decided to DNF at #4. Toe + knee + blisters.

Spectating Prisma-rastit. Unable to run.

MTB 1:12:00 [2] 9.89 km (7:17 / km) +96m 6:57 / km

Switched skis to bike. Much better, flat pedals and pedal close to heel, no pain at all.

Classic roller skiing 31:03 [1] 6.35 km (4:53 / km) +36m 4:45 / km

Toe did not like this much. I could do double poling and kick with left leg but not with right without significant pain. Skiing was bad idea.

Unable to run walking is just limping. Big toe. I think this may be "turf toe" or something similar, shoe being too flexible and calf not, heel pads I recently added made things worse for the big toe.
