Note

AP is welcoming friendly community with no much trolls or anything, and rare AP trolls over the years has had their points, sort of. I hope AP stays that way and users remember to be not rude, even to those trolling. See, AP trolls still are orienteers making them pretty special and like most orienteers they most likely are smart, polite and friendly inside.

AP is bad and staying on subject but going off topic instead. I am expert on that :)

PB. My warmup was poor/short, but not pushing all out first minutes did the trick this time. 10 sec behind shortened run couple of weeks ago. Then running felt better, now I could keep up with heavy legs. Still plenty of room for improvement, but PB is always PB :)
