Funny how I can just like that run 20 sec faster than yesterday. One day more without birch pollen and one workout.

GPS is all over the place, glonass issues I suppose.

5 x 920m, paloheinä triangle. Kind of test run to record my current poor shape.

Quite a lot worse times than year ago.
