While skiing I have been watching the nice snow side of the same hill. Used it now for getting used to run in forest. Previous time was my last O session before plantar fascitis.
After 8 workout days in a row it is time to have a rest day, not to make sure I don't get injured but to make sure when I get injured again the reason is not having had any rest days.
