11 AM

Skiing (classic) 1:09:04 [0] 4.18 km (16:31 / km)

With Topias and MinnaR at Oittaa. Sun was shining, 0 C and plenty of people out. Two breaks for refreshments, thats great for 4 km ski session. Better sercive than in Vierumäki 24h race.

2 AM

Skiing (skate) 1:01:38 [3] 18.0 km (3:25 / km)

Woke up 2 AM to ski :)

One hour turn, now with skate skis. Skating is faster and that means one loop more than with classic style.
7 AM

Skiing (skate) 1:01:25 [3] 18.0 km (3:25 / km)

1.5h sleep and then my third 1h turn. Same pace. Some pain in elbows, especially right, I could not use poles properly. I had to place poles carefully first on icy track and then push, felt pain if if I just hit icy ground with them.
2 PM

Skiing (skate) 10:45 [5] 3.6 km (2:59 / km)

Two last laps left for me. Single laps with short rest break in between. I decided to try skiing fast these two laps if elbows are ok. FIrst lap was 10.45

Skiing (skate) 10:53 [5] 3.6 km (3:01 / km)

Last lap for me. 10.53. Not as clean lap as the previous one for having to pass skiers in narrow places (double poling hill up)

I recorded all of these 24h ski laps with Suunto Spartan Ultra. Looks like there is couple of meters offset to hand's side but does not not bad at all overall.

6 PM

Skiing (skate) 25:25 [3] 7.2 km (3:32 / km)

My first two laps of 24h. Only two days recovery time from the the stomach bug. Still a bit weak so I decided to take it easy.
9 PM

Skiing (classic) 57:06 [3] 14.4 km (3:58 / km)

2nd session, 1h. To make sure I take it easy enough I skied classic with skin skis - even if classic slows me down quite a lot. First ~60 sec is missing for forgetting to push start button. First lap slightly harder just to see how skis work (pace was 3.40/km). Skis were great, at least as good glide as with my skate skis, kick was good enough too - could maybe have been a bit better but if there is prefect grip on these icy track like this then there would be too much in more snowy conditions (and not that good glide)
