Orienteering race 40:38 [4] 5.3 km (7:40 / km)

FIN5 Day 1. Twisted my ankle before #4. It bothered a bit a while especially in downhills. Two bad legs, downhill one (the ankle I guess) and one about 45 sec mistake/hesitation.

Start from the turn used to be halfway point. Nice to be able to run the same test run route even after moving to Paloheinä. There is now obligatory 15min warmup/down jog.

Time isn't that bad either. Only 50 secs from the my PB from 2010, with long sleeves, slightly heavier shoes and only 2 hours after dinner. Saturday's race and rainy days must have had positive impact om my performance. Yesterday's trail run felt pretty good already.
