Yƶkuppi. Still can't find controls at night, lots of hesittaion and small mistakes. Asthma is coming back too, lots of couching along the way. Back isn't OK either, I had to run hiss down too carefully. And hamstring feel tight too, can't run fast on flat roads either. And neither at debris aprst because i did not want to hit my knee again. So, I could not get that much ot of the body and the little I could get squeezed was used that well.
But it was good training for area was new for me. At night it isnt the same really if you know the area, it gives the kind of confidence you don't get when it's new. So this was quite different compared to Luukki training, I have been there too many times.
