"Kuntosuunnistus", not an real race, at Kivenlahti. I can't see map, can't read map, don't understand map. And I don't even try to run hard.

There is no much of any contrast between forbidden to cross symbols and pavements/paths you are supposed to run. Sprints would be fun with decent maps. And cutting rings and lines between controls would do no harm so one could actually see if one can pass or not, if not during the race for issing contrast but at leas at home with magnifier.
