Silja-Rastit. 7th, i think, in H40, 2.30 behind. two mistakes 15 and 20 sec ones. I really need to get my fitness back to that sub 10 min 3k level to be competetive in H40.

Impressive! But on the other hand Eddie won sprint, so it is possible for M40 to win Boris. Anyway, look's like my chances to win the makkara bet is somewhat slim but not entirely impossible.
