Orienteering 1:17:00 [3] 10.5 km (7:20 / km)

jukola 6th leg. Trotting course arond in safe mode. knee sore right from the start. Quite afraid during first legs but I soon noticed I will survive if I keep my knee bent and dont touch much ground with my heel.

Hiking 25:00 [1]

I tried to do easy jogging but knee was too sore for it. I ran couple of hundred meters and walked the rest. I guess last weekend's 2 day event was too much of a task for my knee. let's see what happens with Jukola.

Biking 50:00 intensity: (40:00 @1) + (10:00 @3)

Included 3 x Malminkartano hill. Knee still too sore for running.
