Note

I noticed I have run at WOC terrains long long time ago, 1992. Here is my two trainings at middle qual area map1, map2. I think I ran map 1 first, then we had lunch and int the evening map2. Beatifull place, especially second training cliffs on open marsh were beatifull.

Then we headed to GrĂ¥kallen, close to the place WOC finals will be now. But based on empargoed areas we run north of the WOC maps. One of the trainings - last one at Trondheim - was planned on WOC area but I got sick and had to skip that. We were heading to Nordvestgaloppen. I was sick several days and barely recovered fefore the fisrt day. Here's the map:

NVG 1992, day 1. I did ok run and shape wasn't bad, but I think fever had taken some strenght away. I never recovered from this first race after sickness dusing this week, rest of my races were basicly trekking. I have some results at map corner, in this first race I was 5th, three minutes behind winners (it was a tie) Tore Sagvolden and Simon Beck. I know Tore but I have never heard of Simon, I guess he is not Norvegian.

Those were the days.
