Dot map analysis

My first real orienteering this year. A bit rusty, all too many small mistakes. 25 sec at #3, 50 sec at #6, about 5 sec at #7 and 25 sec at 9. Always when I navigated it felt easy and it went fine, but I just naveigated only half of the time. For some reason I stopped navigating and just run or climbed a hill without any plan or anything. I guess my nav will be back to normal in no time, I just need to do a trick, focus on my thumb or something like that to make me navigate most if not all of the time.

dance fire video game. "Kukkujambo" at easy level. Missed most of the steps and hand moves. It would take a lot longer than five years to get to the same level than the five year old I played with.

Sort of test run. Average HR of last 4 kilometers 134. HRM was not working first 5 minutes, not big deal, better like this, HR would not have been settled anyway. 3774 steps. Cadence 154 steps per min. Stride average length 1.378 m. Distance/pace/time from holux, step count and hr from N79.

It looks like my hr is about 5 beats lower than year ago at same speed. There can be only one expalantion to this. As you may know HR comes down one beat per year when you get older. Last yeat I was H35 and now I am H40 runner, that makes 5 beats.
