Santa spotting run. I spotted three santas, one skinny one walking with a sack and two driving car. Two of them were real ones for sure, but third may have been fake one, looked more like bearded girl talking to phone while driving. Thats illegal, real santas woulndt do that.

Three rest days in a row. No big deal, just semi planned rest before holidays.

Instead of studying my nonexistent trainings take a look at this training I planned for borisgr:

As you can see, it took few controls until Boris' nav engine started to roll but after that it went as smoothly as with a full map. I think it went so smoothly partly because these top skilled orienteers can adapt so well, but also partly because they normally plan ahead, simplify, and their navigation is not so much based on details around current location. This deleted map has all you needs for that, so deleting most of the map doesn't change things that much if you know what you are doing and do it about right.

So, would you feel comfortable with map like that? Would it slow you down significantly? If you answer is yes, then you possibly do not plan ahead enough and navigate too much by nearby details. And you could during winter months use time to figure out how you navigate now and how you should try to navigate in future.
