5 km course at kaitalampi. I did not watch map ahter the run and at home I took white paper and draw what I could remember of my run.

On halfway to #9 I began to draw leg #10. I guess I am too old to remember everything.

Legs are heavy. I don't think this is HCR recovery thing any more, pollen must play main role here.

Company league. Ridiculous slow motion run. Half paralyzed DOMS legs, out of breath by asthma/allergy. At some point I began to walk all uphills because I noticed it did not slow me down at all. Maybe I should move to Bergen. Or to Ireland - more rain, sea wind, less pollen, better terrains and excellent result systems. Must be paradise.

AP's jwolff introduced himself 30 sek before my start by basicly saying "Hi I'm AP's jwolff, I'llstart minyte after you and I'll kick your ass". Well not quite but anyway, It did the trick. First leg was very short and I did 15 sec mistake there, and also 15 sec mistake when exiting #1 at wrong direction. So 30 sec lost. In the end jwolff won me by less than that. Well deserved, I still have lot to learn from these old foxes.
