Oh my, what can I say .... I guess sending jokes to Eurovison is Europe wide phenomena. You can't do well with a plain good song, because most countries are vouting their neighbours and you can tell who will do well and who not just by looking at the map of Europe. And because the whole contest is a joke, all send jokes there.

So I took a peek at the map and before hearing any songs I gnow predict Russia will win this time. Just because the map looks good for Russia.

Slow jogging with some co-workers. Then suddenly - out of nowhere, withouany warning - I felt pain in my right calf and I had to walk back. I can't even walk at the moment. Just my luck, this happens one week before Spain trip.... hopefully this ain't as bad as I think.

And it's not the same leg as the heel pain!

Orienteering (Night) 1:10:00 intensity: (40:00 @1) + (30:00 @2)

Luukki north. Really tired from the beginning and I skipped one loop. But 4th running day in row and heel feels quite ok. I may be able to some training in Spain after all.

Hesburger loop. My heel is getting better and better, I donät need to have rest day every second day. So fine, as someone might say.
