Tried to run 10k on track with steady 90 sec / loop pace, thought it would not be too hard or max effort, but it felt so tough I cut it shout. I guess I didn't drink enough during the long sunny day at our district champs, but it's obvious I am far from being fit.

The usual chase control putting interval training. Minna started 90 sec after me, in last interval Minna started first, I about 2 min later.
My running felt and looked like jogging of an over weighted, middle aged man who has bad asthma. Well, not just felt and looked like it, that's exactly what it was...
