I find it very difficult to motivate me to do these hard test runs. I was hesitating for hours and already decided to something more easy, but finally maanget to do it. But I guess I didn't push as hard as I could, because there was no goal and I was running alone. Am I the only one?
How about AP test run? For exampe 5-8 km, first tuesday of each month. Times would be posted somewhere with link to gpedometer route. Posting test run results would motivate to run these runs and also to pracise to get better times. Also you'd know you are kind of not running alone, because you'd know there is other people doining the same thing elsewhwrw. What do you think?
