Note

I haven't stopped logging, I am just not training at all. I am executing the TV & sofa approach to fix my current injury. I am quite confident it will fix it by 2020 when I'll get to H50, so you better watch out!

Tällä voi kommentoida meneekö minun Ravan treenipankin taitovalmennusturinat pahasti vai riittävästi överiksi? Meneekö pistot ohi, tunnistaakohan kukaan itsestään piiteitä, osaako samaistua ongelmiin? Onko yleisö ihan väärä? Lukeeko niitä juttuja ajatuksella kukaan? Onko tuollaista asiaa käyty jo liikaakin läpi vai onko siinä tuoretta ajatusta yleisölle (en ole ollut mukana ravan valmennuskuvioissa ja leireillä joissa jotain tuon suuntaista on voitu käydä läpi)?

Not skating did not do much any difference, so maybe better keep on skiing every now and then.

Loop is nice, but the track to the loop is getting bad. I took my worst skis to not scratch better ones. These did not have much glide, I'd better put some wax there before next outing.

Before noticing being sick I went skiing with Minna and Topias, the whole 3 km man made snow loop with all those hills. He is learning fast.

I thing I have hamstring tendonitis. About 7 weeks now. Running has been impossibe, skate skiing hasn't felt bad but it hasn't made it any better. Will not do that or much any training from now on. I wonder would a strict makkara diet fix this.

So happy they made it! It is genuine and honest punk band, not something mde up just for Eurovision. It originates to a art workshop for disabled just some blocks away from where we lived before moving to Paloheinä. The band has been active for 6 years.
