I was slow. I believe it may not just beeing out of shape, there may be something else. Asthma I guess. Or maybe not, HR values are quite high when going uphill, so meybe shape is just that bad. On road/path HR is pretty low - knee thing.

Stupid mistakes: 10 sec on the way to #4, ran over the path, then realizet I should wollow it down to the field and had to turn back. And an 20 sec one on the way to #5, I was sloppy and ended up hitting the green too early. Should have steered left early enough and hit a more narrow spot of the green. Both were so obvious and stupid I need to count them in. Of course there is suboptimal route choices and some hesitation here and there, but I am not counting those. The challenge is not about beeing perfect, this is about sillyness.

länsirastit. first real use for doma-ap-app. I shot&posted the map before my run, in these events they have courses nicely showd in advance, makes it easy. head cam video later, if its any good, it was raining. run quite hard, no warm up or down - I had to hurry for minnar hurt her arm and felt like we shoul soon get home to get it cleaned properly.

Start these both from 45:00 and look side by side:

Ouch!

Looking two runs like this really gives a new dimension to this head cam thing. I mean if I look my video on its' own I can't tell am I doing well or not. Possibility to compare to other runner really makes a difference. And also I can see why am I doing well/not well compared to the other runner - hesitating, unmapped path/track/fight wtc.
