Heel sore for yesterday's track running. Playing with street O tracking instead. Late night balcony test with 4 units a bit after the actual event was the best part of it :)
Heel started to work right after 300 m of running on my way to #1, so I stopped and turned back. I could do some 8 min/km jogging while waiting for Minna.
Too some extra rest days after first training week after the ankle injury, just to make sure I don' start too early or too hard. Now it's time to start the training season 2008.
