fun race. didn't like that the finish was at a table in the bar, so i lost a good minute of time just trying to get through the crowd at the bar getting drinks, but, hey, drinks.
a bit rainy out, so a bit slow going. lots of hills though, which are fun. Need new sneakers pretty badly though, as I'm slipping all over on the wet freaking flagstone.
bit of climbing. Did a bunch of bouldering, and then a few fun routes, which weren't very stylish, just a whole ton of pullups. At least I can do those kind...

regular route for 5km. Did it intentionally dehydrated after the orienteering race just to get some good AR training in, as it's hard to get properly exhausted running around london.

I got nicely lost on a couple of these controls. I miss adventure racing.
course was 6.6 km but i imagine i did an extra couple miles
