a bit rainy out, so a bit slow going. lots of hills though, which are fun. Need new sneakers pretty badly though, as I'm slipping all over on the wet freaking flagstone.

bit of climbing. Did a bunch of bouldering, and then a few fun routes, which weren't very stylish, just a whole ton of pullups. At least I can do those kind...

regular route for 5km. Did it intentionally dehydrated after the orienteering race just to get some good AR training in, as it's hard to get properly exhausted running around london.

I got nicely lost on a couple of these controls. I miss adventure racing.

course was 6.6 km but i imagine i did an extra couple miles

I walked up the stairs to my office today. Four flights!

finally looked up the elevation gain. being as I lose the 80 meters as well, not that bad.

wandered with pete across london from st. pauls to westminster and trafalgar and whatnot. Didn't get lost, so counts as navigation training too... I honestly never knew until then that the millenium bridge ended at st. pauls...

managed to wander into the occupy london protest, while in a button down, drinking starbucks.

did a good bit of bouldering, actually with some technique. then climbed...to nice out to actually care too much

i got bored and wandered around hampstead for a while.

traffic sucks at ten am in london. took forever to get the last damned mile.

start of the 5k route then up to the sandy road entrance, then down redington to arkwright and back. guessing 60-70m hills

climbed a bit. good fun. hadn't done it in ages, but apparently I even used technique once or twice, and not just did a bunch of pullups.

I also got a quick sprint in as I almost missed the last tube.

the 3.5 mileish loop, deep woods, lake loop to teal marsh. one last chance at it before flying off an hour later! boardwalk was still slippery, which i assume caused my 28 second loss of time since monday on the same course...and not the 14 hours of beverage delight on corey's wedding.
