100 ring rows (65 lying down) the rest standing at angle 100 push ups (50 full - 50 on box) 100 sit ups (stopped shortly only once at 75) 100 air squats (fast and quick, no stopping)
the ring rows and push ups killed (i tried hard to do as much of them as a "full movement" as i could, but needed to use adaptation in the end.
Beresford to Elm - Elm to Beresford Extremely slow and not feeling well at all. Took many stops along the way. This was not training, just trying to pedal in the right direction.
