Running warm up/down 20:00 [3]

Warm up and down plus control collecting and stretching. Was nice to run round the map a bit slower and take it all in.

Orienteering race 15:20 [4] 3.7 km (4:09 / km)

Navdash #2 at Curtin. Felt a bit sluggish today, maybe because of the heat and a lot of running on sand, but nav'd ok. Ended up 1st.

Nice run round the outside of kings park, down kokoda trail around the bottom of the park and then up jacobs ladder before going back into the park to finish my loop. Felt good to be running after a few hard days work-wise.

Easy recovery run in kings park, legs felt a bit slow and heavy.

Orienteering race 1:32:00 [5]

Hagaby long at chinamans flat. Went well through the first two loops, sitting in a pack with brodie lachy ian and josh, then started making big errors which pushed me back quite a bit, culminating in punching the wrong last control (the one from the first two map changes), finishing and downloading before being told and having to return to the control, losing 2 minutes and 2 places. Not stoked.
