Barbara was gracious enough to let me slow her down by an hour. Such an epic ride, love it. The new to me WP to get to DTE is crazy, some really steep climbs. Beautiful weather too.

Wheelie mojo is absent, just kept tipping off to the side. No quality distance.

Tried working on riding backwards, which I cannot do at all, did get a random 2-3 meter roll once, also did do a minor number on right ankle as it seems that if you stop a bicycle going backwards on a steep hill, the angle at which your foot hits the ground relative to your leg is maybe a bit steeper than you normally do.

Naturally planned for longer but slightly shortened as my phone battery died overnight and I woke up out of habit rather than at intended time.

Added a few pick ups here and there to simulate falling off a teammate's draft, and wanting to get back on without yelling about how they need to slow down for a little bit. So, whatever speed, try to grab 20 and hold for a little bit, then recover.

buff + arm warmers + tights were slightly too warm at 56 ish.
