MCMBA and Wayne county parks expanded the single track here so it’s less of an out and back and more of a not quite loop. Fun, feels a bit like orienteering with less high stepping. Lots of little 2-3 step hills, a few bigger, constant direction change.

Week 3, Day 1 check, barely. I am trying to use avoided labor to fund my bicycle, but I guessed wrong on the dishwasher and the time to savings ratio was awful. I didn't remember it being this bad at the last house.....

Curious to see if the running paid off...in orienteering results....

Wow, what a difference two weeks of light jogging and one week of decent sleep make, at least coupled with overcast and cool. Felt great. I promised Maria it would be sluggish, but it was modestly perky.

It's crazy that visibility has cratered in the last month!

It was super nice to run around with Maria, just like old times.
