Previewed the upcoming Seidman Park permanent course points with Michelle and Brad. Nice time of year for terrain study - great visibility and and good feature size (nothing too crazy subtle and definitely no contour overload (super steep)

Note

If the heavens insist on raining on Thursdays, my only practical day to ride to work these days, I should really install my fenders on Tuesday or Friday next week.

Guinea pig for livelox tracking demo. Fun course. I want to go back and do Igor's earlier one that I missed.

I had a few issues:

My newfound fitness was absent. OR I should really warm up more
I'm super rusty, just sloppy garbage @ 5 and 7
I hopped a log and smoked my knee on the spur leaving 7. Icing now, should be quite a bruise.

Holy crap, no wonder the fragile are fit.

They didn't give me the blue shirt memo, or I would have matched.

Heart rate was oddly cooperative, other than the big green hill, more or less sub 200 and no "oooooooof" awful feeling, maybe just a twinge on the big green hill when it did pop over a little bit. Maybe I'm slowly getting back in shape. Sporadically.

I brought my "I always get caught" luck and twice workers questioned our antics. Hopefully no repercussions for our favorite ski instructor.

Now that we have 1400 fans...how we get more than 3-6% of them to an event?
