Ran the Brown X course at West Point.....had a good run today.....bad route to No. 4 ...went to low , hit the road and had to up hill ....then brain went blank on the way to No. 11 ...started to go xc and then gave up and dropped down to the road and then climbed back up ....lost time doing that but legs just were shot....but had a good day .....great weekend and super weather .....

Ran the brown x course at West Point.....fair run had 3 goofs lost about 5/6 min. each ...they were poor routes ......tough running through the blueberries....felt it was a good day ....the best my knees could do
