Ran the Brown couse at Shawnee Mission Park K.C. ......nice day during my run....got bad later in the day......good run...... not a super route to 2 ended to far south when I hit the road.....I seem to be going off to the right when I run with the compass.....I did the same thing on the model course....need to get this under control.......took a good fall and cut up my hand on the way to 4 but spiked so the hand felt better.....just bleed all over the place.....a little lost time on the way to 5 ... got to the big field and said run to the far northeast corner..... but brain turned off and I had to ck a few spots that I just knew were not even near the control....so what should have been easy I found a way to lose time.....BIG DOPE !!! then did the same thing on the way to 6.....knew I needed to keep going and the control would be to my right ......BUT NO I SEE A GUY IN AN REENT TO MY LEFT ....I know its not my control but lets just waste time and run over there and ck it out anyway...... that cost at least 2 min. for the BIGGER DOPE......then got mad and forced my brain back to work.... and had a clean run the rest of the way..... over all a good run .... just wish I had not fogged out on those two controls.....

Ran the Model course at Shawnee Mission Park in K.C. .....nice runable area...... wet and some snow in some spots..... trail full of water and mud.....I keep going off line when I run with the compass....need to stop that.....tired after a long day to get here left Milford a 0230.....it took two hrs to get to airport ....normal 50 min. .... plane 45 min. late getting out of Hartford for de-icing......got to KC hotel and could not get in until 2 pm... so went over to park to wait to run the model course.....

easy run on the Peck Lane loop......no rain or snow.....left knee was acting up again not bad but it'sssssss Back !.....now to hope I can get to and fly out of Brad. airport a 0600 Fri. ....everytime I ck the T.V. they make it sound bad.....I would like to get to K.C. in time to run the model course....oh well we shall see...

Ran the Peck Lane loop and added the Foxwood loop....wanted to get done before the rain...... now I have worry about getting out of Hartford Fri. am. on the way to the O meet in K.C. .....and now it looks like a weekend of running around in the rain.....yuk !!!!!

Ran the WPLR Shamrock and Roll 5K.....a fair time on a flat course..... 3rd AG......hams ok.....so I hope that is in the past....not much in the gas tank the last mile.....had a late dinner out and got home late.....not a good way to run ones best.......had fears that I might need a pit stop along the way....but got through.....
