tough, felt like it was all uphill, because the downhills were stretched out and gentle, while the ascents were straight up, couldn't handle them, treated the course pretty honestly, but flags were hung high

Garmin turned off after 20mins when I climbed a stile (I think) so remaining distance calculated with RG tools and ascent recorded by Chris M's watch
