good run, breathing heavily for first 2km, one miss at #3 where a split second decision to take elephant track into the holly in order not to overshoot led to an unnecessary loop out the other side and back, wouldn't have made difference to result, nice runnable area but restrictions spoiled the quality of the courses

4th, 8mins behind James Logue (and Ant Squire on M45) and 2mins off Richard Barrett in third
