follow-up session with physio
current status: can't squat on my heels, right leg won't bear the weight without complaint, improvement but still swelling in there
did a few minutes on the treadmill with no issues whatsoever, discussed widening gait fractionally to reduce strain on glute/ITBs, new recovery programme starting with 4 reps of 4 + 1min, about two weeks until 30mins run, could do O if I had to but risk of set-back
