right knee still not liking squatting, otherwise can't say I'd notice anything was wrong, snow/ice gave me a good reason to continue to rest

knee complained more yesterday than the day before, and this morning pain on first step, darn it
can walk around without any issues, the test is squatting, that's when the right leg/knee complains
we'll see how it goes but may rest until Sunday now

Recovery Programme #4: 4mins running, 1min walking, (then last few minutes were walking as Iooked at felling that's taken place)

not as good as Sunday, big of give in the leg, not really painful, just not flexing quickly/easily enough

easy run for about 5mins, then walked back to car, running was easier than outward leg

could almost forget I had injury today, but then I've only been walking around the house or lying down, and when I try to flex that last inch the knee does still complain, will try a short run (more run than walk) tomorrow
