little go on my BiL's turbo trainer, plan was to warm up for five mins on low gear 95rpm, then try and keep that for 5mins as I raised the gears, but must've started in a higher gear, effort maintaining 75rpm, then when changed it got easier, so upped it to 95rpm for 10mins ... basically, didn't know how to change gears, been ten years since I was on a bike and that was a run-around in Copenhagen

Whatstandwell, Alderwasley, Shining Cliff, Crich Chase
hilly one from the Cliff at Crich, felt good, until the final climb, sort of bonked, wasn't surprised - disrupted sleep the past two nights (stomach) has left me fatigued, ribs are sore again
