hill intervals on High Tor, steady run to halfway up the hill, 9 x 40 (paces) with jog/walk back down as rest, plus a longer one to finish, then easy down the far side and along the Derwent

got blindsided by a startled deer on side of the A6, headbutted me, knocked me to the ground, and ran off, didn't take any valuables, but I may have a black eye tomorrow
