strength conditioning: bodyweight squat (with 2 x 10kg), plank, walking lunge, lying superman, russian twist (wiht 5kg), fire hydrant

more taxing than KV's (which is pilates-like), tried and failed to pull off a 'dive bomber push up' (will have to work on some basic push ups)
