lots of grass or slippy paving so not as fast as many urbans, a few micro-hesitations, slowing to check map, misplaced (transposed) control has delayed result and voided two of the most physical legs on the course

2nd, 22secs behind Liam, running about same pace

Stanton Stymied
this was cursed, possibly by my bad mood, fancied a run on Stanton at night, finally dragged myself out after 8.30, the Suunto took 5mins to find the sateliites, my headlamp failed after 10mins, luckily I know the paths here and could walk back to car
