disappointing performance, felt pretty good, cooler conditions

first km on target, thought I'd kept the pace up on 2nd (overtaking) but had fallen below 4mins, lost motivation, faded around 3.5km, so didn't push hard on last km

was feeling fatigued yesterday so I suspect a mild cold
