good warm up to make sure I was ready for a mass start

EMUL Clifton Campus, Nottingham
still coughing but not feeling 'unwell' so decided to race, pace was good though quite an effort, started to navigated from 18 to 20 and had to stop to find 19 on the map, chose the wrong route on that long leg as a result, lost touch with Duncan here as well, legs started to feel a bit wobbly, racing Andy Glover most of the way, leading at the penultimate control but missed an alleyway route and lost 15-20secs

3rd, 1.50 behind Duncan in the end
