up-dated map was too busy, vegetation inaccurate, powerlines in grey (?), felt mildly nauseous most of the run (not because of the map), binned at least a minute by trying to simplify the long-leg when picking up paths closer to the line would've been better

3rd, 10mins behind Rich R, 4 behind Ant Squire, but ahead of Alastair L

decent pace tonight, bit of road running at the beginning, good long climb to White Edge, though had to stop at wall to dislodge something from my shoe
