had a fairly easy load last week but couldn't handle two runs in a row in the warm conditions, when you tail off on a Monday night you know something is not right, two rest days at least I think and then we'll see

oh dear, really struggled tonight, with the heat (23°), the injury/niggle - whose effect is to make the right leg feel slightly heavy - end couldn't come soon enough
