Bentley was looking resplendent today, acres of bluebells, running through them felt kind of naughty, generally very runnable, maybe too fast, knackered after 40mins (less than 6km), couple of annoying little misses (little miss tiny knoll and little miss hidden behind a holly bush)

6th, 18mins behind RR and <8m behind Alastair L

nice and steady, a little gyp from right achilles near the beginning but it wore off, otherwise good form, cuckoos, a badger

8 x 80dps, off 2mins+, same as previous weeks, the 5th and 6th had slightly less climb

jogged over to Pic Tor and did the bonus interval to the War memorial.

fairly easy but laboured at times, stopped to take photos of bluebells and so on, right achilles a bit tight early on, (23.9°)
