it was my map and middle distance so the challenge really was to run as fast as I dare and not fuck up, the first few controls took us uphill and it took a bit of time to get the speed going, almost navigated to #6 from #3, didn't really have time to recall the area until we reached the easier controls

same loop as a fortnight ago but starting at Hell Bank, very wet and rough, with snow slowly melting, steady and quite strong considering the two hours of mapping preceding
