ran the longest course non-comp because I thought it was probably the best course and I wanted a good run, set off a bit keen 4.15 p/km, but got into a decent steady pace later, crossed the brook three times, the last time through 18" water

Crich Chase, Crich Canal, Crich
slow group tonight and some sloppy paths thru the Chase, was sent off on my own along the canal so got a brisk 2km in the middle, which added some value to the run
