long one with Paul, pretty good until the 15k mark where I slowed going up the hill, this coincided with Paul suddenly feeling fresh which made it seem worse

felt great considering yesterday's outing, tough hill to start, but wasn't a problem, nice route, revisited the trods between the stoops, the stags were groaning on Big Moor, there was one on the horizon looking down at us as we came up from the fields
