Note
(rest day)

a good night's sleep but very tired throughout the day, stomach settled, despite the fine weather, didn't want to push it

Stanton Spirals
ugh, most laboured run in a long while, pace dropped after the first 3 or 4km, felt sick for 40mins, four and half hours after dinner is clearly not enough, although the currently turbid state of my intestines can't help, wanted to jack it in after about 7km but, inspired by Frostbite's gruelling labours, decided to tough it out

Stone Edge, Holymoorside
got acute indigestion on the drive there, burping and sweating, misery, it eased off shortly before the others were ready to start so I joined them and started to feel quite good, but it came on again after 30mins, had to bail out, it eased off again and I was able to run back at an easy pace (up the hill)
