ahr:138 max:160 shoes: Mizuno Wave Ascend 7

to Oker via Darley Bridge and a detour through Cambridge Wood while it's dry, bit of a long warm-up, but no harm in that

ahr:144 max:165 shoes: Mizuno Wave Ascend 7

8 x 40secs, with 10+m climb (140m)

okay, might've run within myself slightly, took over a minute to get back to the start, so longer rest than previously

Stanton Moor Spirals
brisk around Stanton from the north entrance, a tribe of campers arriving for the weekend, had to pause twice for the shepherds too, got faster toward the end

Oker Loop
long time since I did this one but knew it would be dry and pleasant as the sun went down, nice and steady pace, paused at the Oker tree when I noticed the leaves were peppered with black spots :(

no gyp from the left calf (probably because I was wearing my road shoes)

Grouse Inn, Lady's Cross, Brown Edge, Burbage, Longshaw
