grateful for a bit of rain late afternoon to discourage lockdowners from exercising, also no chest/phlegm issues, just heavy breathing and heavy legs

thought I'd visit Farley Moor during this dry period, upper chest very rough but made it up the hill okay and fortunately the second half was mostly downhill, coughing a bit now

Stanton Moor
drove to exercise, but it was also work, an O course on Stanton connecting up undetermined changes to the map, lots of pauses to note what I'd seen, very worthwhile, but still off-form, will have to attempt a longer run this week haven't done over 10km for a month

Cycle Path, the Meadow
was going to drive up to Stanton to run a course checking some bits of vegetation but car wouldn't start - dead battery - so pootled around nearby, still phlegmy and righ knee stiffened towards the end (as it did on Friday)

out and back to check out the bluebells in Clough wood, no more than a plod really, the tight chest feels slightly worse or maybe loss of fitness/gain of weight (?) made it harder work, 1.5km at the far end was a mix of climb and then jogging between photos, warm out

haven't done this one for 8 (eight) months, avoid it when wet, just about the right work out for me today, still carrying that tightness in the chest, heavier breathing, but pace was steady
