Ran to start with Rosie and did some drills.
Also a small warm down afterwards

Scottish six days. Day 6

Started out hoping for a top 5. With a slight mistake at 2 where I was too far right initially and took it slow into the control, I was originally in 6th up till 13. Although then I made a horrendous mistake at 14 leading to 7/8 minutes lost on parallel errors, the rock features felt really unrecognisable and even when I got to the control the structure of then just didn't seem to fit. Perhaps this is because we hadn't had rock features all week and after the complexity of them in Sweden I had expected more prominent features but still it was extremely frustrating. After this I did kind of give up, there was no way I was going to get a better place than 8th with this mistake but I didn't lose any places and ended up 14th.

Rest day sprint at Lossiemouth

Went well, started off fast but I decided to slow it down after getting into the quarry/park terrain as I need experience on street/urban more. Slight mistake at 12 as I came down the wrong path like Julie but realised quickly and headed down another only losing maybe 30secs, still quite a lot though. Came 21st out of 150ish. Quite pleased as I'm generally awful at sprints, I think I need to learn speed.
